You are referring to B12 with Lipo, also called Lipodissolve or MIC. There is a lot of anecdotal information about this on the internet. What about Ozempic and Wegovy?
They are the brand names for Semaglutide. They belong to a drug class called GLP-1s. They were originally designed for Diabetes Mellitus, but because they also help with weight loss, have become very popular lately. The weight loss effect is limited to a small window of activity, behind which they stop working. For this reason they need to be prescribed the right way with weekly follow-ups in person to have the best results, before that window closes. Unfortunately, they are being abused by online companies and greedy local clinics with little to no training in Obesity Medicine. They are unaware of this window and are only interested in making a quick buck.

Can you tell me about your class?
Yes, we give a Medical Weight Loss class taught by Dr. Granados, who is Board Certified in Obesity Medicine. We cover multiple topics related to nutrition, healthy habits and include a segment on the proper use of weight loss aides such as Phentemine (Adipex), Semaglutide (Ozempic/Wegovy) and Tirzepatide (Mounjaro/Zepbound). This one time class is mandatory in order to enroll in our Weight Loss Program. We have found that starting your weight loss journey with a strong foundation of education produces better long lasting results.
